1. 條款接受 · Acceptance of terms
本服務條款規範您對 Sage Admission Taiwan（亦稱「Sage」，包括其官方網站、應用工作區及相關服務）的存取與使用。當您註冊建立帳號或使用本服務時，即表示您已完整閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本條款之所有內容。
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sage Admission Taiwan, also referred to as “Sage,” including its website, application workspace, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
若您不同意本條款之任何部分，請勿建立帳號或停止使用本服務。
If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or use the service.
2. 帳號與使用資格 · Accounts and eligibility
您有責任提供真實、準確且完整的帳號資訊，並妥善保管您的登入憑證。您須對您帳號下所發生之所有活動負完全責任。若您發現帳號有未經授權之存取或任何安全漏洞，請立即通知我們。
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
您必須具備簽署具法律約束力合約之法定完全行為能力。若您代表法人、學校或組織使用本服務，即代表您已獲得充分授權得代表該組織簽署並受本條款拘束。
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. 服務使用說明 · Using the service
Sage Admission Taiwan 為留學申請者提供國外研究所學程資料庫檢索、申請策略規劃、文件管理及自動化 AI 或真人顧問審閱輔助工具。各項功能可能會隨著我們持續優化產品而有所調整或擴充。
Sage Admission Taiwan provides tools for researching graduate programs, organizing application plans, managing documents, and receiving automated or human feedback. Features may change as we improve the service.
您有責任在依賴或提交相關申請資料前，親自向目標學校或官方招生管道核實各項學程申請條件、截止日期及必備文件清單。
You are responsible for reviewing application requirements, deadlines, and other information with the relevant school or program before relying on it.
4. 使用者內容與智慧財產權 · Your content
您對提交、上傳或儲存至本服務之個人資料、讀書計畫（SOP）、英文履歷（CV）、推薦信草稿及其他文件保留完整的所有權與智慧財產權。您授予我們在提供、運營、呈現及維護本服務所必需的有限授權範圍。
You retain ownership of the information, documents, and other content that you submit to the service. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and provide the service to you.
您聲明並保證您擁有提交該等內容所必需之合法權限，且您的提交行為不侵害任何第三人之著作權、隱私權、營業秘密或違反任何法令法規。
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or any applicable law.
5. AI 輔助功能說明 · AI-assisted features
本服務部分功能運用自動化語言模型生成留學規劃評估、文件修改建議、錄取標準審查診斷或草稿輔助。此類生成結果均屬諮詢與參考性質，可能包含錯誤或疏漏，絕不構成任何入學許可之承諾、保證或預測。
Some features use automated systems to generate planning assessments, application reviews, or document suggestions. These outputs are advisory, may contain errors or omissions, and are not a prediction or guarantee of admission.
您有責任自行檢查生成內容、修正錯誤並決定是否採納。詳情請參閱我們的 AI 使用免責聲明 (AI Disclaimer)。
You are responsible for checking generated content, correcting mistakes, and deciding whether and how to use it. See our AI Disclaimer for more information.
6. 訂閱、付款與退款政策 · Subscriptions, payments & refunds
服務價格、功能權限、使用期間（如申請季通行證有效期限至 2027 年 6 月 30 日）以及相關購買條件均會在您完成交易前明確展示。付款由經授權之第三方支付機構（如綠界科技 ECPay 或信用卡通道）安全處理，您同意提供完整且真實的帳單與聯絡資訊。
Prices, available features, access periods (such as Season Pass valid through June 30, 2027), and any purchase conditions are shown before you complete a transaction. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including ECPay. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.
【數位服務開通與不適用七天鑑賞期條款】付費權限於線上交易確認完成且開通帳號權限時即刻生效。本服務係提供非以有形媒介提供之數位內容及一經提供即為完成之線上雲端工作區服務，依台灣《消費者保護法》第 19 條第 2 項及行政院《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第 2 條第 5 款規定，經消費者同意完成購買並由系統開通存取權限後，即排除消費者保護法第 19 條第 1 項之 7 日無條件解約退款權利（七天猶豫期），所有已支付之款項概不予退還。
[Digital Service Provision & Statutory Exception to Cooling-off Period] A paid access period begins immediately upon transaction confirmation and account activation. As this service constitutes digital content provided non-tangibly and online cloud workspace services completed upon instant provision with consumer consent, pursuant to Article 19, Paragraph 2 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and Article 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, it is exempt from the statutory 7-day cooling-off period and payments are non-refundable once access is activated.
若您認為帳單扣款有誤，或在付費後遭遇系統異常而無法存取付費功能，請儘速透過官方支援管道與我們聯繫，我們將協助您查證處理。
If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access a paid feature due to technical issues, contact us promptly through the official support channel.
當交易發生款項撤銷、爭議退刷（Chargeback）或未成功結算時，我們得暫停或終止您對付費功能之存取權限。
We may suspend or limit access to paid features when a transaction is reversed, disputed, or not successfully completed.
7. 使用守則與禁止行為 · Acceptable use
您在使用本服務時，應遵守法令與良好道德規範，不得有以下行為：
You may not use the service to:
- 違反任何國內外法律法規、公序良俗或侵害他人之合法權益。Break the law, regulations, or infringe another person’s rights.
- 上傳包含惡意代碼、病毒、木馬或試圖干擾、探測、破壞及繞過本服務之安全驗證架構。Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the service’s security.
- 未經授權嘗試存取其他使用者之帳號、隱私資料或伺服器系統。Access another person’s account or data without authorization.
- 未經我們事前書面授權，透過爬蟲、逆向工程、大量抓取、轉售或系統化複製本服務之資料庫與版權內容。Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or systematically reproduce the service without our permission.
- 上傳或提交您無合法權利使用、分享之第三人機密文件或侵害他人智慧財產權之內容。Submit content that you do not have the right to use or share.
8. 免責聲明與責任限制 · Disclaimers and liability
本服務依「現狀」（As-Is）及「可提供性」（As-Available）基礎提供。我們不保證服務永遠不中斷、完全無誤或資訊永久無遺漏，亦不保證使用本服務必定能獲得任何特定學校、研究所或學程之錄取或獎學金。
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, or that using it will result in admission to any school or program.
在適用法律允許之最大範圍內，Sage Admission Taiwan 及其創辦團隊、合作夥伴對因使用或無法使用本服務所衍生之任何間接、附隨、特別、衍生性或懲罰性損害概不負任何賠償責任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Admission Taiwan and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
本條款之任何內容均不排除或限制適用法律明文規定不得以合約約定予以排除之法定消費者權利。
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. 服務終止與條款變更 · Termination and changes
您可隨時停止使用本服務。若您有實質違反本條款、造成系統營運風險、或依主管機關法令要求時，我們得不經預告隨時暫停或終止您的帳號與服務存取權限。
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or where necessary to comply with law.
我們得因應法規或服務發展需要適時修訂本條款。若有重大變更，我們將以適當方式公告。於條款修訂生效日後繼續使用本服務，即視為您已同意並接受該等修訂內容。
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
