Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Admissions Intelligence, also referred to as “Sage,” including its website, application workspace, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Using the service
Admissions Intelligence provides tools for researching graduate programs, organizing application plans, managing documents, and receiving automated or human feedback. Features may change as we improve the service.
You are responsible for reviewing application requirements, deadlines, and other information with the relevant school or program before relying on it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information, documents, and other content that you submit to the service. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and provide the service to you.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or any applicable law.
AI-assisted features
Some features use automated systems to generate planning assessments, application reviews, or document suggestions. These outputs are advisory, may contain errors or omissions, and are not a prediction or guarantee of admission.
You are responsible for checking generated content, correcting mistakes, and deciding whether and how to use it. See our AI Disclaimer for more information.
Subscriptions and payments
Prices, available features, access periods, and any purchase conditions are shown before you complete a transaction. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including ECPay. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.
A paid access period begins when the transaction is confirmed and access is activated. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable after paid access has been activated. If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access a paid feature, contact us promptly through the support channel provided with the service.
We may suspend or limit access to paid features when a transaction is reversed, disputed, or not successfully completed.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the service’s security.
- Access another person’s account or data without authorization.
- Scrape, resell, or systematically reproduce the service without our permission.
- Submit content that you do not have the right to use or share.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete, or that using it will result in admission to any school or program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admissions Intelligence and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or where necessary to comply with law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
