Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account and use Admissions Intelligence, such as your name, email address, academic background, application goals, program preferences, documents, and workspace activity.

We also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, log, and authentication information.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and maintain your workspace.
  • Organize program research, planning, applications, and documents.
  • Generate the automated assessments, reviews, and suggestions you request.
  • Process transactions and provide customer support.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
  • Understand service performance and improve our products, where permitted by law.

Authentication and Google

If you sign in with Google or another supported provider, we receive the account information that provider makes available, such as your name, email address, and provider identifier. We use it to create and maintain your Admissions Intelligence account.

Your use of a third-party sign-in provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

AI processing

When you request an AI feature, relevant profile, application, or document information may be sent to the model or infrastructure provider needed to produce the requested output. We use this processing to provide the feature, protect the service, and maintain its reliability.

Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share. AI outputs may be inaccurate; review the AI Disclaimer before relying on them.

Payments

When you purchase paid access, payment and transaction details are processed through our payment provider, which may include ECPay. We receive the transaction information needed to confirm payment, provide access, prevent fraud, and support refunds or disputes.

Payment card information is handled according to the payment provider’s systems and policies. Please review the provider’s privacy terms for details about its processing.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, process payments, provide AI infrastructure, secure the service, or deliver support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so keep your account credentials private and avoid submitting information unnecessarily.

Your choices and rights

You can update information in your workspace and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also stop using the service or disconnect a supported sign-in provider.

Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. Requests can be made through the support channel provided in Admissions Intelligence. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children’s privacy

Admissions Intelligence is intended for people who can legally enter into these terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
