本隱私權政策以繁體中文與英文雙語呈現。如中文與英文版本有文意歧異，在適用法律允許範圍內以繁體中文版本為準。 / This Privacy Policy is provided in Traditional Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. 我們蒐集的資訊 · Information we collect
當您建立帳號並使用 Sage Admission Taiwan 時，我們會蒐集您主動提供的個人資料，例如：姓名、電子郵件地址、在校與學術背景（GPA、就讀科系與學校）、留學申請目標、目標學程偏好、上傳之申請文書（如 SOP 讀書計畫、CV 英文履歷、推薦信）以及工作區操作與紀錄。
We collect information you provide when you create an account and use Sage Admission Taiwan, such as your name, email address, academic background, application goals, program preferences, documents, and workspace activity.
我們亦會自動接收維運本服務、優化使用者體驗與維持系統資訊安全所需的技術與分析資訊，例如：裝置資訊、瀏覽器版本、IP 位址、Cookie 與本機儲存識別碼、連線日誌，以及透過網站分析工具（包含 Google Analytics 與 Vercel Analytics）所蒐集之去識別化瀏覽與流量遙測數據。
We also receive technical and telemetry information needed to operate, optimize, and secure the service, such as device type, browser version, IP address, cookie and local storage identifiers, connection logs, and de-identified browsing and performance metrics collected via analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics).
2. 資訊的使用方式 · How we use information
我們將蒐集到的資訊用於以下特定目的：
We use information to:
- 提供、客製化並維護您的留學申請工作區與個人化介面。Provide, personalize, and maintain your workspace.
- 組織與呈現研究所學程搜尋資料、落點評估、時程看板與申請文書管理。Organize program research, planning, applications, and documents.
- 在您請求時生成自動化 AI 落點評估、文書潤稿建議與錄取指標診斷。Generate the automated assessments, reviews, and suggestions you request.
- 處理付費交易、開通方案存取權限並提供客戶服務支援。Process transactions and provide customer support.
- 保護服務系統安全、防止未授權存取與濫用，並履行法規遵循義務。Protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
- 在適用法令允許之範圍內，分析服務效能以持續精進我們的產品與體驗。Understand service performance and improve our products, where permitted by law.
3. 第三方驗證與 Google 登入 · Authentication and Google
若您選擇透過 Google 或其他支援的第三方登入管道註冊或登入，我們將自該供應商接收您授權分享之帳號資訊（如姓名、電子郵件地址及第三方帳號識別碼），並用以建立與維護您的 Sage Admission Taiwan 帳號。
If you sign in with Google or another supported provider, we receive the account information that provider makes available, such as your name, email address, and provider identifier. We use it to create and maintain your Sage Admission Taiwan account.
您使用第三方登入服務時，亦應遵守該供應商之隱私權政策與服務條款。
Your use of a third-party sign-in provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms.
4. AI 運算與資料處理 · AI processing
當您主動使用各項 AI 輔助功能時，相關之履歷背景、學程設定或文書段落將傳輸至負責運算支援之大型語言模型與雲端基礎架構供應商，以生成即時建議。我們僅在履行該功能、確保服務可靠性與安全性所必需之範圍內處理該等資訊。
When you request an AI feature, relevant profile, application, or document information may be sent to the model or infrastructure provider needed to produce the requested output. We use this processing to provide the feature, protect the service, and maintain its reliability.
請勿提交您無權揭露或含有第三人機密之敏感資訊。AI 生成之內容可能存在誤差，使用前請詳閱我們的 AI 使用免責聲明 (AI Disclaimer)。
Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share. AI outputs may be inaccurate; review the AI Disclaimer before relying on them.
5. 付款與交易資訊安全 · Payments
當您購買付費方案時，交易與付款流程均由經授權之第三方支付機構（如綠界科技 ECPay）安全處理。我們僅接收確認付款狀態、開通使用權限、防範詐欺及處理爭議所需之交易識別資料。
When you purchase paid access, payment and transaction details are processed through our payment provider, which may include ECPay. We receive the transaction information needed to confirm payment, provide access, prevent fraud, and support refunds or disputes.
您的信用卡資訊係由金流服務商以符合業界標準（PCI-DSS）之加密技術直接處理，本平台伺服器不會存取或儲存您完整的信用卡卡號與安全碼。
Payment card information is handled according to the payment provider’s systems and policies. Please review the provider’s privacy terms for details about its processing.
7. 資料保存與資訊安全 · Data retention and security
我們僅在提供服務、維護交易憑證紀錄、解決爭議、履行契約或符合法規要求之合理必要期間內保存您的個人資訊。不同資料之保存期限依其性質與法定義務而定。
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information.
我們採取合理的管理、技術及實體防護措施以保護您的資料安全。然因網際網路環境無法保證絕對無懈可擊，建議您妥善保管個人帳號密碼並避免提交不必要之極機密資料。
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, so keep your account credentials private and avoid submitting information unnecessarily.
8. 您的個人資料權利與選擇 · Your choices and rights
您得隨時於工作區中查閱與更新個人基本資料。依個人資料保護法規定，您亦得向我們請求查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充、更正、停止蒐集處理利用或刪除您的個人資料。您亦可隨時停止使用本服務或解除第三方登入授權。
You can update information in your workspace and may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. You may also stop using the service or disconnect a supported sign-in provider.
若您欲行使上述法定權利，可透過服務內之支援管道提出。為維護您的帳號安全，我們在處理您的請求前可能需要核對您的身分。
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. Requests can be made through the support channel provided in Sage Admission Taiwan. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. 未成年人隱私保護 · Children’s privacy
Sage Admission Taiwan 專為具備法定行為能力之青年與成年留學申請者設計。我們不會在知情情況下蒐集未成年兒童之個人資訊。若您發現有未成年人在未經監護人同意下提供資料，請立即與我們聯繫以進行刪除處置。
Sage Admission Taiwan is intended for people who can legally enter into these terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.
10. 政策更新與聯絡我們 · Changes and contact
我們可能會因應法規變動或服務更新適時修訂本隱私權政策。若有重大變更，我們將以適當方式公告並更新本頁面之最後更新日期。
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and update the date shown at the top of this page.
