TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.5 writing, 4.0 speaking, 4.0 reading, 4.0 listening); Alternative minimum for Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Computer, Mechanical and Mechatronics, and Systems Design Engineering.
