Statement of Intent / Letter of Motivation; typically 1–2 pages.

English CV outlining education and relevant experience.

Transcript of records

English transcript of grades from previous higher education; certified translation if needed.

Academic: Bachelor's degree; Selective capacity-restricted Psychology master's track. Bachelor's in Psychology or related (e.g. Business Administration, Management and Organization, Communication and Information Studies, HRM). Selection uses motivation/reflection and GPA equally.
Prerequisites: Coursework prerequisites; Required prior coursework includes Individual and Organizational Diagnosis (6 ECTS) or comparable, plus one of specified HRM/organisational psychology courses (assessed by admissions board).
IELTS: 6.5 overall; Required if prior degree was not taught in English.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall | Old scale: 92 overall; New scale applies to tests from 21 Jan 2026. TOEFL iBT Home Edition not accepted.; Old scale applies to tests before 21 Jan 2026. TOEFL iBT Home Edition not accepted.
