Academic: Bachelor's degree; Dutch WO bachelor's with direct-admission Political Science pathways, or international research-university equivalent.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Political Science or substantively related social-science bachelor; other Political Science tracks are separate specialisation pages.
IELTS: 7.0 overall; Required if prior degree was not taught in English.
TOEFL: New scale: 5.0 overall | Old scale: 100 overall; New scale applies to tests from 21 Jan 2026. TOEFL iBT Home Edition not accepted.; Old scale applies to tests before 21 Jan 2026. TOEFL iBT Home Edition not accepted.
