Academic: Bachelor's degree; A bachelor's degree from a Swiss university, or from a foreign university within the ranking eligibility stated by the program.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Eligible backgrounds include neurosciences, biology, biomedicine, biochemistry, biotechnology, health sciences, electrical engineering, engineering, physics, pharmacy, computer science, psychology, chemistry or mathematics. Medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine and physiotherapy backgrounds are excluded.
Prerequisites: Neuroscience preparation; The committee assesses prior knowledge in neurobiology, physiology and anatomy, molecular and cell biology, laboratory practice, mathematics, statistics and data analysis, neuroinformatics/programming, and cognitive psychology. Missing competencies may result in conditions or additional requirements.
Prerequisites: English proficiency; No formal English certificate is required for the program application; English is assessed from written documents and, if shortlisted, a personal interview.
