Proof of language proficiency
Provide recognized proof for the program's main language of instruction when required; UZH recommends submitting it with the application.
Proof of admission to study at Master's level at a university
Listed by UZH for applicants to Biology or Biomedicine; the 1 July 2026 fact sheet's explanatory sentence incorrectly refers to Psychology and should be confirmed.

Copy of passport or ID.
Current photo
Color photo for the UZH Card, as specified by the central application process.
Upper-secondary school-leaving certificate
Submit all pages when applying with a foreign qualification.
Signed declaration of consent
Required by the central UZH application process.
Transcript of records, degree certificate and diploma supplement
Submit the complete academic record; an official interim transcript is acceptable if the degree is not complete.
