Academic: Law qualification (see pathways); Multiple pathways on the course page, including Australian doctoral degree in Law (or overseas equivalent, excluding a Shari'a law degree) or passing the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Examination to practise law with minimum professional experience; other law-graduate pathways as published. Confirm the applicable pathway on the course page.
Prerequisites: Law graduate / practice eligibility; Applicants must meet a published law-qualification pathway (not a general any-discipline master's). Master of Legal Studies is the alternative for non-law graduates.
IELTS: 7.0 overall (writing 6.0); Course-published English requirement; tests generally recognised if less than two years old at application.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (writing 4.5) | Old scale: 94 overall (writing 21); TOEFL iBT 1–6 scale as published on the course page.; TOEFL iBT 0–120 scale as published on the course page.
