Academic: Master's degree with GPA B+ (3.3/4.0); Full-time/flexible-time PhD: master's plus undergraduate degree; master's GPA equivalent to B+ (3.3/4.0 or 78%). Direct-entry after bachelor's requires overall A- (3.7/4.0 or 80%). Calendar also notes MASc/MEng transfer route.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Typical entry after an appropriate master's in engineering, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (per SGS calendar). Direct-entry and flexible-time options exist within the same PhD offering.
