Academic: Master's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0; GPA of 3.00 or above in upper-division (junior and senior) courses and in any completed graduate work. Master's from an accredited school of social work, or related field with extensive human-services experience.
Prerequisites: Coursework prerequisites; Minimum grade of B in a college-level or above statistics course. Research methods courses do not fulfill this requirement. Demonstrate capacity for advanced academic work, scholarship potential, and research interests/capabilities.
TOEFL: Old scale: 100 overall (25 each section preferred); Required for international applicants from countries whose primary language is not English. Program states it does not accept IELTS.
GRE: Optional; Doctoral Program in Social Work does not require the GRE; applicants are not required to report or submit official GRE scores.
