Published Score Requirements

Academic: Bachelor's degree; Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred GPA about 3.3/4.0 stated in school FAQs (not a hard cutoff).
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Interest and preparation for city/regional planning study. Portfolio required only for Urban Design concentration († on Weitzman grid).
IELTS: 7.0 overall (7.0 each section); IELTS 7 overall band with minimum 7 on each section. DET 135 also accepted. Valid 2 years.
TOEFL: 100 overall (25 each section); Weitzman minimums when English proficiency required: TOEFL 100 total with minimum 25 in each section. Valid 2 years.
GRE: Optional; GRE not required for MCP per Weitzman Fall 2026 requirements grid (blank/not required column for MCP).
