Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0; Typical Rackham minimum scholastic average for graduate admission consideration; admission is extremely competitive and holistic. A master's is common among applicants but not required.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Fit with faculty research expertise and academic background for the proposed cognate (economics, finance, operations research/decision science, political science, quantitative methods, or sociology/organizational studies).
IELTS: 6.5 overall; Academic IELTS. Required if prior study does not meet a Rackham English-proficiency exemption.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall | Old scale: 84 overall; Rackham Graduate School maps the prior iBT 84 floor to the new scale.
