Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0; Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; B.S. and/or M.S. in engineering, physical sciences, or mathematics from an accredited college or university. Other majors may apply if prior coursework supports success in the intended research area.
IELTS: 7.0 overall; ECE / GEPA Band 7 when English proficiency proof is required.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall | Old scale: 85 overall; ECE / GEPA new iBT minimum when English proficiency proof is required.; ECE / GEPA previous iBT minimum when English proficiency proof is required.
GRE: Optional; GRE scores are not required for M.S. or Ph.D. applications for Fall 2027; applicants may still submit scores.
