Official degree and grade certificate (subjects, credits, grades, mean, pass/max scale). Sworn Spanish translation if not in Spanish. Non-EHEA applicants also need postgraduate-access certificate and Ministry grade-equivalence document.

Published Score Requirements

Academic: Bachelor's degree; Official Spanish university degree, EHEA degree granting master's access, or non-EHEA equivalent subject to UCM level-of-education check.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Preferred backgrounds in electronics, photonics, physics or related engineering degrees as stated on the programme access page.
Prerequisites: Spanish language proficiency; Minimum B2 Spanish (CEFR) required for non-native speakers applying to Spanish-taught master's programmes, per UCM 2026-27 convocatoria (Annex I). Exempt if the programme is taught entirely in English.
