Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.5/4.0; For direct Ph.D. admission, GPA of at least 3.5. Applicants who already hold a master’s must have maintained better than 3.5 in graduate study.
Prerequisites: Quantitative background; Bachelor’s in statistics not required. At least 12 quarter courses (or eight semester courses) in substantial upper-division quantitative work, including but not limited to statistics, mathematics, computer science, and electrical engineering.
IELTS: 7.0 overall
