From policy-work supervisors or undergraduate instructors who know the applicant well.

Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0; University minimum 3.0/4.0. Preference for GPA 3.5 or above is not a hard cutoff.
Prerequisites: Professional experience; At least two years of policy-making or implementation work is preferred. An elementary statistics course is strongly recommended.
IELTS: 7.0 overall
TOEFL: 100 overall; Department expects iBT 100 (or paper 600) for applicants who must submit English scores.
GRE: Optional; Used with GPA to help predict academic performance. Historical 650 old-scale language is not used as a current total-score threshold.
