Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0; Or equivalent if a letter-grade system is not used. UCLA Graduate Division minimum for regular admission.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Preparation for graduate-level aerospace/MAE coursework. Duplicate M.S. in aerospace/MAE or closely related fields is not considered.
IELTS: 7.0 overall
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall | 87 overall; University minimum for exams taken on or after 21 Jan 2026.; Department minimum 87 iBT with the same recommended section scores as Mechanical Engineering.
GRE: Required (no minimum published); General GRE required. Institution 4837; Aerospace 1601.
