Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0/4.0; Or equivalent from a recognized institution with degree standards equivalent to the University of California. Applicants must hold appropriate prerequisite degrees from recognized institutions of high standing.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Background and suitable training in materials, engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace), or physical sciences (physics, chemistry, geology) encouraged. Recommended background courses include introduction to materials, thermodynamics, mechanical behavior, and electrical/optical/magnetic behavior. Insufficient backgrounds may require remedial undergraduate courses.
IELTS: 7.0 overall (6.0 each module); Campus minimum. Required if prior degree was not taught solely in English per WHED.
