Academic: Bachelor's degree with CGPA of at least 75% of scale maximum; Or country-specific equivalent on the TU Delft country list. Degree must be comparable to a Dutch research-university bachelor's and closely related to the MSc. Strong performance in key subjects expected; individual programmes may set additional requirements.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Bachelor's in technology or engineering. Clear interest in modelling and simulation, and proven modelling or programming ability. Preference for applicants who can show social engagement and/or interest in social and policy sciences.
IELTS: 7.0 overall (6.5 each section); Academic IELTS only; One Skill Retake accepted. Online/Indicator tests not accepted. Certificate must be less than two years old at application upload.
TOEFL: New scale: 5.0 overall (4.5 each section) | Old scale: 100 overall (22 each section); Applies to TOEFL iBT tests taken from 21 Jan 2026. MyBest scores not accepted; scores from a single test.
