Bachelor's diploma if completed, plus transcripts; certified English or German translation if needed. Applicants with a foreign primary degree need a uni-assist VPD for TU Berlin.

Published Score Requirements

Academic: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related program; Or equivalent first university degree qualifying for professional work. No hard GPA cutoff published.
Prerequisites: Coursework prerequisites; Minimum 36 CP computer science fundamentals (12 CP theoretical CS, 12 CP computer engineering or information technology, 12 CP methodological-practical CS), 18 CP mathematics, and at least 30 further CP in computer science (bachelor's thesis may not count toward the 30 CP).
IELTS: 6.5 overall; Faculty IV English B2 requirement for this English-taught program.
TOEFL: 87 overall; Faculty IV English B2 requirement for this English-taught program. TOEFL iBT Test Date Score; MyBest Scores not accepted.
