Academic: Upper second-class UK Bachelor's degree (2.1 Honours); Level 8 Bachelor's degree at 2.1 or above in any discipline. Level 7 with eight years policy experience considered case-by-case.
Prerequisites: Professional experience; Five years policy experience expected; less experience considered case-by-case. Specific Economics qualifications are not required.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.0 each band); Trinity Band B (Standard Entry).
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.0 each section) | Old scale: 90 overall (21 each section); Trinity Band B. Applies to iBT tests taken from January 2026.; Trinity Band B. Applies to iBT tests taken before January 2026.
