Statement of purpose (志望理由書)
Designated 志望理由書 form (or equivalent layout) with three timed sections totaling about 2,500 Japanese characters as specified for TIM.
External English test score sheet
Original ETS TOEFL iBT / Home Edition Official Score Report, or original TOEIC L&R score sheet, submitted with the application. Downloads/printouts and institutional ITP/IP scores not accepted.
Graduation / degree certificate
Bachelor's graduation or expected-graduation certificate; overseas applicants also submit degree or expected-degree certificate as required in the guide.
GMAT score (optional)
OptionalIf held, may be presented at Schedule A oral or Schedule B oral examination (copy acceptable). Not used in the admission decision.
Undergraduate transcript(s)
Official bachelor's-level academic transcript(s) (originals). Include prior institution transcripts if transferred. Graduation or expected-graduation certificate and, for overseas universities, degree or expected-degree certificate are also required. Certified Japanese or English translation if not in Japanese/English.
