Certificate of graduation or expected graduation and certificate of degree or expected degree (may be combined). Certified translation if not in English or Japanese.
Evaluation sheet with recommendation x 1
Single designated evaluation sheet with recommendation, issued and submitted by a recommender who can assess academic potential (preferably a full-time university supervisor). Only one submission per application.
Field of Study and Study Program
Designated IGP format describing intended field of study and study program.
Summary of thesis
Free-format outline of undergraduate study or research for Master's applicants.

Official undergraduate academic transcripts. If credits transferred or not fully shown, include transcripts from the original institutions. Certified English or Japanese translation required if not in English or Japanese.
