Certificate of graduation or expected graduation and certificate of degree or expected degree (may be combined). Certified translation if not in English or Japanese.
Evaluation sheet with recommendation x 1
Single designated evaluation sheet with recommendation from someone who can assess academic potential (preferably a full-time university supervisor). Only one submission is considered.
Field of Study and Study Program
Designated IGP format describing intended field of study and study program.
Summary of thesis or research
Free-format outline of undergraduate study or research for Master's / Integrated Doctoral applicants.
