Supervisor consent letter
Consent letter from a listed Science Tokyo faculty member to serve as academic supervisor; must be emailed to Admissions before online application access (Spring 2027 cycle consent deadline 2026-10-04 23:59 JST).
Graduation and degree certificates
Certificate of graduation or expected graduation and certificate of degree or expected degree (may be combined). Certified translation if not in English or Japanese.
Evaluation sheet with recommendation x 1
Single designated evaluation sheet with recommendation, issued and submitted by a recommender who can assess academic potential (preferably a full-time university supervisor). Only one submission per application.

Designated IGP format describing intended field of study and study program.
Summary of thesis
Free-format outline of undergraduate study or research for Master's applicants.
