Issued by the last university (or equivalent) from which the applicant graduated or is expected to graduate.

Academic: Bachelor's degree; Graduation or expected graduation from a Japanese university/professional university, or equivalent foreign bachelor's / 16 years formal education / 3+ year overseas bachelor's pathway, by 31 March 2027.
Prerequisites: Supervisor contact before application; Contact the expected academic supervisor (or current Department Chair) regarding the intended research course before submitting the application.
