Academic: Bachelor's degree with WAM 65%; Entry level 1 (144 points / 3 years FT): bachelor degree (or equivalent) with at least a high credit (65%) average. Entry level 2 (96 points / 2 years FT): bachelor degree in Architecture (or equivalent) meeting published average requirements.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Architecture background required for the shorter (entry level 2) pathway.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.0 each component); Monash minimum English requirement (standard Level A).
TOEFL: New scale: 4.0 overall (W4.5, L3.0, R3.5, S3.5) | 79 overall (W21, L12, R13, S18); Monash minimum English; new TOEFL iBT 1–6 scale (tests from 21 Jan 2026).; Monash minimum English; old TOEFL iBT scale (tests before 21 Jan 2026).
