Academic: Bachelor's degree; Graduate School preference for undergraduate GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher; confirm department-specific standards. Fall entry only in ordinary cases.
IELTS: 6.5 overall; School of Statistics requirement when English proficiency documentation is required; IELTS may be substituted for TOEFL.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.5 reading, 4.5 writing) | Old scale: 79 overall (R19, W21); School of Statistics requirement for tests taken on or after 21 January 2026 when English proficiency documentation is required.; School of Statistics requirement for tests taken before 21 January 2026 when English proficiency documentation is required.
