IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.5 writing, 6.5 reading); speaking 7.0; Psychology only accepts IELTS and TOEFL; department speaking requirements exceed Graduate School floors for some components.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.5 each listed component); speaking 4.5 | Old scale: 79 overall (W21, R19); speaking 23; For tests on or after 21 January 2026 per Psychology ELP guidance.; Department accepts TOEFL/IELTS only. Confirm full table on Psychology ELP page.
