Academic: Master's in Economics with CGPA 3.0/4.0; Or at least 3.2/4.0 over the last two years of study. Exceptional bachelor's applicants may be considered for direct Ph.D. 1 entry. Below 3.0 CGPA (McGill scale) is not eligible.

At least two terms of calculus (including multivariable/constrained optimization and Riemann integration); one term of matrix algebra; and a full-year statistics course from economics or mathematics.
