Transcripts and Bachelor's Degree (or third-year registration certificate).

Academic: Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS); In Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines (Geo-science, Nano-science, Materials engineering). Mechanical engineering and Mechatronics generally not adapted. Indian applicants need a 4-year Bachelor with thesis for TUM/LMU registration.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Materials/physical-science preparation suitable for large-scale facilities training across the consortium.
IELTS: 6.5 overall; IELTS Academic minimum overall band 6.5.
TOEFL: 88 overall; For LMU and TUM sites: iBT 88 (Test Date Score only; MyBest not accepted). Other consortium sites may accept 80.
GRE: Not considered; GRE not listed among compulsory MaMaSELF documents.
