Up-to-date CV showing relevant work experience and education. Decisions normally focus on academic background; CV can clarify education, gaps, or borderline cases.
Recommendation letters

Degree certificate and transcript(s)
Official degree certificate and complete transcript; interim transcript and remaining modules list if still studying. Include grading scale if not on transcript. Certified English translation if needed.
