Academic: Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS or equivalent); Academic qualifications from an internationally recognised university equivalent to a Swedish bachelor's degree. Final-year bachelor's students may apply.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Bachelor's (≥180 ECTS) in architecture or landscape architecture, physical planning, civil engineering in the built environment, energy and environment or equivalent, urban and regional planning, or relevant social/natural sciences. Prior studies must include ≥30 ECTS in urban design, urban/transport/regional planning, national/regional economy or environmental sciences.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (5.5 each component); English 6 / English Level 2 (University Admissions). Required if prior study does not meet the English requirement.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.0 each component) | Old scale: 90 overall (W20); English 6 / English Level 2. Applies to TOEFL iBT tests dated 21 Jan 2026 or later (University Admissions).
