Completely filled and signed application form (handwritten or Acrobat Fill and Sign signatures accepted; typed names not accepted).
Laboratory experience proof
Proof of practical experience in basic bioscientific laboratory methods of at least 1 ECTS (~30h) if not clear from the transcript.
Official transcript(s)
Certified degree certificate (or expected graduation letter) and transcript including courses, grades, grading system, average/class rank, and pending modules if not yet graduated. Certified English or German translation if needed.
