Academic: Above-average Bachelor's degree (guideline: German grade 2.4 / UK 2.1); Applications considered with an above-average degree corresponding to German grade 2.4. UK guideline 2.1 or better. Many applicants apply in the final Bachelor year. German inverted grading scale is not machine-evaluated here.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Relevant Bachelor's in Biosciences/Biology, Life Sciences, or related fields with a strong biology focus. Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, and similar degrees may be considered if additional biology coursework is documented. Major-specific academic prerequisites apply.
IELTS: 6.5 overall; Accepted alternative to TOEFL. Bachelor thesis written in English also accepted; shortlisted candidates without a certificate may be assessed in the English interview.
TOEFL: 90 overall; iBT 90 (or 570 paper-based / 230 computer-based). Bachelor thesis written in English also accepted; shortlisted candidates without a certificate may be assessed in the English interview. Language proof may be submitted after the deadline, by enrollment.
