Academic: Bachelor's degree with above-average grades (guideline: German grade ~2.4); 180 ECTS Bachelor's or equivalent. No hard GPA cutoff published as a machine threshold; recent admits often around German grade 2.4 or better. German inverted grading scale is not machine-evaluated here.
Prerequisites: Relevant academic background; Bachelor's in Physics or essentially equivalent (e.g. Medical Technology, Computer Science with physics component, Biomedical Engineering, or Engineering).
IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.0 each section); IELTS Academic; scores typically must be less than two years old.
TOEFL: 92 overall (21 each section); iBT minimum per admission regulations; scores typically must be less than two years old.
GRE: Optional; GRE not required; scores may be submitted.
