Academic transcript(s)

Degree transcripts with grades.

Academic: Bachelor's degree; Social-sciences bachelor's (minimum three years) from a recognised university; upper second-class or equivalent preferred.
Prerequisites: Professional experience; Relevant professional experience in development or policy generally expected and considered in selection.
IELTS: 7.0 overall (6.0 each component); ISS English requirement when test proof is required.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall | Old scale: 92 overall; Applies to TOEFL iBT taken from 21 January 2026 onward.; Applies to TOEFL iBT taken before 21 January 2026.
