Published Score Requirements

Academic: Relevant Bachelor's degree; Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Natural Science; the degree must be less than 10 years old.
Prerequisites: Coursework prerequisites; International applicants need 20 ECTS mathematics; 10 ECTS programming, algorithms, or data structures; 5 ECTS statistics; 5 ECTS operations research; 5 ECTS economics, production, or supply chain; 5 ECTS management or organisation; 5 ECTS innovation, technology, business studies, or AI; and 5 ECTS natural science, theory of science, research methodology, chemistry, physics, or bioengineering.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.0 each section); IELTS Academic; DTU minimum for applicants who need to document English proficiency.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.0 each section) | Old scale: 92 overall (22 each section); For tests taken on or after 21 January 2026.; For tests taken before 21 January 2026.
