Prerequisites: Coursework prerequisites; International applicants need at least 75 ECTS: 15 mathematics, 10 physics, 10 innovation or design, 5 statistics, 5 materials science, 5 chemistry, 5 programming, 5 structural mechanics, 5 building design, 5 building information modelling, and 5 parametric modelling.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.0 each section); IELTS Academic; DTU minimum for applicants who need to document English proficiency.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.0 each section) | Old scale: 92 overall (22 each section); For tests taken on or after 21 January 2026.; For tests taken before 21 January 2026.
