Certificates and academic transcripts

Diploma if completed and transcripts with completed courses and grades (CGPA). English or Swedish, or certified translation.

Academic: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architecture and Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Spatial planning, or Urban design; A Bachelor of Science with main field Built environment, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, does not fulfill the requirement.
Prerequisites: Technical preparation; At least 50% of degree credits and at least 30% project design credits in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Spatial Planning, or Urban Design. Portfolio required via programme-specific link, emphasising urban design competence.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (5.5 each section); English 6/English Level 2 equivalent for master's programmes.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.0 each section) | Old scale: 90 overall (20 writing); For tests taken on or after 21 January 2026.; For tests taken before 21 January 2026.
