Recommendation letters x 3

Three letters; prefer writers who know the applicant well and collectively address academic preparation, research potential, and maturity.

Unofficial transcript(s)

From each college or university attended; must be in English. Official transcripts required before matriculation if admitted. WES evaluations not required for foreign transcripts.

Academic: Bachelor's degree; At least the equivalent of a bachelor of arts degree; no specific undergraduate major required. Bachelor's must be conferred before beginning SPH classes. No hard GPA cutoff published; holistic review.
Prerequisites: Coursework prerequisites; One year of calculus including multivariate calculus, and one full semester of linear algebra. Online courses may fulfill prerequisites if from an accredited university/college, letter-graded, and carrying the same credits as in-person courses.
IELTS: 7.0 overall; Overall band score when IELTS is used for English proficiency.
TOEFL: Old scale: 100 overall; Most recent internet-based TOEFL only; MyBest scores not accepted. Required for international applicants when English proficiency proof is required.
GRE: Not considered; GRE is not required and will not be considered by the admissions committee.
