Academic: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program or equivalent; high undergraduate scholarship expected. No minimum GPA published as a hard cutoff.
IELTS: 7.0 overall; College of Engineering minimum if English proficiency proof is required.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall | Old scale: 90 overall; College of Engineering minimum for the 1–6 scale from Jan 2026, if English proficiency proof is required.; College of Engineering minimum if English proficiency proof is required.
