Submitted through SOPHAS; U.S./Canadian transcripts required for verification before school designation release.

Academic: Bachelor's degree; Must have earned or be earning a bachelor's degree. No specific undergraduate prerequisites; public health-related work, volunteering, or research valued.
IELTS: 7.0 overall (Academic); SPH required Academic IELTS total band score if English proficiency proof is required.
TOEFL: New scale: 5.0 overall | Old scale: 100 overall; SPH required minimum if English proficiency proof is required. Tests administered January 2026 or later.; SPH required minimum if English proficiency proof is required. Tests administered before January 2026.
GRE: Not considered; No GRE score required or considered as part of the on-campus MPH application.
