Academic: Bachelor's degree; Quantitative fields such as finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related preparation. Spring start only (no fall entry).
Prerequisites: Quantitative background; Strong quantitative preparation and professional/educational achievement expected for theoretical finance and modeling curriculum (28-unit full-time path).
IELTS: 7.0 overall; Accepted when English proficiency required; Haas MBA-aligned floors often 7.0 overall with section floors—confirm MFE page for cycle.
GMAT: Accepted alternative; GMAT accepted in lieu of GRE when standardized test is required.
GRE: Required (or GMAT); GRE or GMAT required unless waiver criteria met (e.g., Ph.D. or U.S. bachelor's with high GPA per program guidance). No published minimum score.
