Academic: Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.3/4.0; Four-year undergraduate degree with admission GPA at least 3.3 on last 60 units (or last two years of full-time graded coursework), or equivalent.
Prerequisites: Supervisor and guaranteed funding; Must identify a potential supervisor willing to supervise and have minimum guaranteed funding via scholarships, teaching assistantships, and/or external funding.
IELTS: 6.5 overall (6.0 each band); Equivalent approved GPS English examinations accepted alongside TOEFL.
TOEFL: New scale: 4.5 overall (4.5 each section) | Old scale: 90 overall (21 each section); Department ELP. New scale applies to tests written on or after 21 Jan 2026.; Department ELP. Old scale applies to tests written before 21 Jan 2026.
